  1. Just like the Error 800, make sure you have opened the Port 1723 and GRE Protocol 47 and also check if your internet is working completely fine.
  2. Try to reconfigure the settings of VPN host network, because your system might have changed due to DHCP.
  3. Lastly, make sure that NAT settings are accurate, if you are using VPN on Windows RRAS.

VPN Error 619:

If you are using a VPN that is based on Ms Windows, then there is a possibility that you might incur with this error and the message appears saying, “A Connection to remote computer could not be established” or you might also see a message saying, “The port was disconnected”. The Error 619 is usually caused when an Error 800 occurs during the creation of a new VPN connection.

  1. To solve this issue, run one of the VPN clients a time.
  2. Also check that apps and other services are running smoothly in those clients.
  3. Temporarily disable any antivirus or firewall on your computer.
  4. Lastly, you will need to reboot the client computer and reinstall the VPN client once again for solving the issue.
